One of our subsidiaries that has oil & gas exploration projects in Yemen has an opportunity for a capable and highly motivated professional to join the Company for the position of:

Secretary
(Based in Jakarta office)

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To provide secretarial and administrative support for Director and Operation Coordinator in order to ensure that day to day activities run smoothly. The duties will include but not limited to travel arrangement, filling and administration of contractual agreement, correspondence and incoming invoice.

Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in similar position at least for 3 years
* Experience in oil & gas industry is preferable.
* Good command in English both written and verbal.
* Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
* Good computer skill.
* Having good knowledge of travel arrangement.
* Ability to perform multi task in tight schedule deadline will be an advantage.
* Good command in filing and administration.
