We are looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following position for its expanding banking operation:
Payrol & Benefits Manager (PBM)
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with GPA > 3.00
* Having experience at least 5 (five) years in compensation & benefit preferably in banking industry and the last position is at managerial level for at least 1 year
* Understand payroll process, tax, Jamsostek and administration of staff benefits
* Strong administration skills, accurate and a high degree of integrity
* PC literate, risk focus and attention to detail
* Pleasant personality and excellent customer service orientation
* Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
* Understand HR management and Indonesian labor law
