Training Sales Manager

This position will be responsible to conduct training for sales person from executive to managerial level positions, develop concept and training material, and make schedule and training programs.

Requirements:

* Male/Female, 35-45 years of age

* Hold min bachelor degree in any major

* Min 4 years experience in similar position from consumer goods industries

* Strong leadership and good communication skills

* Good communication in English both oral and written

* Strong background in Sales, target oriented

* Self-driven, outgoing, able to motivate people

* Willing to travel across Indonesia
