TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Level: Staff
Status: Contract
Location: Factory (Gunung Putri dan Citeureup)

Job Description:
1. Installing, configuring, and trouble shooting of computer related hardware (PC, notebook, printer, scanner, etc.)
2. Installing, configuring, and trouble shooting of standard software as appointed by DVL HO (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, etc.)
3. Resolving, coaching, and helping users on computer / software daily usage and difficulties / troubles
4. Documenting all support related activities to Helpdesk system or as appointed by DVL HO
5. Help trouble shooting ERP application

Specification:
1.Male
2. Minimum D3 in IT or Computer Science
3. Fresh graduate, experience will be the advantages
4. Have good performance, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Able to work independently and in a team as well
6.Fast learner of applications and technologies
