SENIOR TRAINING OFFICER

Expertise:
* Develop and design training module & materials
* Competency gap dnalysis
* Training need analysis & training evaluation
* As Trainer
* Arrange workshop & seminars

Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years experience to deliver training, transfer knowledge, teaching, motivate & build the team work
· Hold Bachelor degree in
Psychology or Management from a leading university, Master degree is preferable
· Strong communication,
presentation & interpersonal skills
· Have ability
· Fluent in English and skillful
in Information Technology
· Female/Male, max. 30 years old
