MACH or Microsoft Academy for College Hires is an accelerated career development program designed to recruit and hire high potential new graduates from around the country and cultivate them into key contributors for our business. This program is an integrated part of building talent within Microsoft and is an investment in our future. Our goal is to tap into the energetic talent pool of top college and university graduates and accelerate their career growth as future key contributors at Microsoft. Microsoft has been recruiting graduates into the MACH program since the program’s inception in 2005.

The MACH program is approximately 2 years long and is set up to provide top graduates with the practical skills, business acumen and professional ecosystem that they need to quickly take on active roles as valuable contributors on their teams at Microsoft. MACH has been designed specifically for new hires graduating from academic institutions around the country who have earned a BS, BA, MS, MA or MBA degree. All MACH hires are Full Time Employee from day one of their start date.

Who may be qualified for a MACH hire? People who have completed either Bachelor level degree in IT field or a Master level degree in IT/business field, from top tier university of college. Has graduated from their college less than 12 months or 365 days prior to their Microsoft Full Time Employment start date. Has a less than 24 months combined corporate work experience.

- Bachelor degree in IT field or Master degree in IT/Business field
- Min GPA 3.30
