We are the growth company looking for candidates to post on the vacant positions as follow;
HR & GA MANAGER
The qualifications are:
* S1 with min GPA of 3.0.
* Min 5 years of experience in HR, experience in training, development & coaching will be an added advantage.
* Excellent understanding & proven accomplishment in the following HR areas : recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, retention and strong knowledge of the Indonesian labour regulation.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse people.
* Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Positive mind set, highly motivated with strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
Responsibility :
* Responsible for all HR activities ( recruiting, training and development);
* Responsible for all General Affair role relating to labor affair, legal requirement, hostel and environment;
* Responsible for payroll, jamsostek payment and report, tax report (pph 21) and other activities relating to remuneration, compensation and benefit.
