· Working knowledge of standard hardware, network, and software applications;

· Preferably capable of doing simple statistical analysis (descriptive);

· Preferably have ability to create and develop the website, data processing and programming related to the web server operating system (Java Script, HTML, DHTML, PHP and SQL).
