A one year period of structured Management Trainee Program that expose you to various business functions (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Operation, Research & Development) and provide you with the individual and professional skills to perform the managerial jobs required in our business

Upon the completion of the program, you are expected to become our potential candidates for future managerial positions.
